PAINTINGS
Painting grounds me - slowing down time to live within a created moment or memory.
Collaborative Portrait Painting
Do you save every single piece of artwork your child creates like me? Now, your child can literally be a part of the painting. With a collaborative painting commission, the children paint the background of their portrait. These paintings are special pieces that you will treasure forever.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Gather Images
Liz can take photos if you’re local to Charleston or you can send any reference images.
2. Kids Paint the Background
Liz will then paint the remainder of the portrait giving you a truly unique piece of art!
3. Liz Completes the Painting
After the outline is sketched and color palette chosen, your kids can work along with Liz to paint the background (this can be done virtually).
What clients have said
-
“I was so excited to start the process of getting my girls portraits painted by Liz, and I had no idea just how impactful her work would be. Not only did my kids enjoy working with her, but they still talk about the experience of painting alongside her so often! It was a core memory for them and now I’ve got their gorgeous faces hanging in a beautiful painting I can enjoy everyday! I’m so grateful for Liz’s talent!”

"I treasure my collaborative portrait that you did with my grandkids. Knowing that they helped with the painting makes it so special. The kids are a little older now, but they love the memory too! You captured each of them; your talent is unmatched! Thanks Liz!"

"Liz has done a number of paintings for our family and I am so beyond thrilled with each and every one. They all spark happiness whenever I see them and all are prominently displayed with pride throughout our house - they truly are our favorite pieces of art we own. You can tell each piece was created with care and love. I’m already looking forward to our next piece from her!"
